Entering the Starbucks Management Trainee program requires you to provide excellent service to your customers and serve delicious beverages and interesting products

Entry Requirements

• Minimum education level : Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum working experience: At least one year required
• Possess an outgoing personality, customer service oriented and enjoys meeting people.

Responsibilities

• Six months training covering principles of operations (barista) and management (supervisor), to develop skills and knowledge in the food and beverage retail industry.
• To create the Starbucks experience for their customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products
• Maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
